Note on dual framing
~/ht/admin/STATE.md lists Jessica in two places: once as an "outside org chart" out-of-band persona (personal companion, ElevenLabs voice), and once in the 2026-07-07 free-agent-pool exit note. These are two facets of the same entity, not two entities:
- Personal-companion facet — the out-of-band capacity; never in the reporting tree in a business sense; still active as an off-chart persona.
- Org-node facet — the org-chart line that was direct-under-Markus dotted, moved into the Free-agent pool in the 2026-07-07 reorg.
No ambiguity: same clanker, two surfaces.
